Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, Mingoling may process account details, age/date-of-birth information, profile information, photos, connection intentions, preferences, approximate location, travel plans, likes, matches, messages, reports, blocks, subscription/payment records, device/security information and verification status.
Why we use it
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide discovery and matching, enable communication, process subscriptions, prevent abuse and fraud, moderate the platform, provide support, comply with legal obligations and improve Mingoling.
Location
Location information is used to support location-based discovery. Mingoling should not publicly expose a user’s precise coordinates or home address through ordinary discovery features.
Service providers
We may use trusted providers for authentication, hosting, databases, messaging, payments, analytics, security and other infrastructure. They may process information only as necessary to provide those services and subject to applicable safeguards.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the service, safety, legal and legitimate operational purposes. We use technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Users will be able to manage profile visibility and relevant account settings, and request account deletion. Applicable law may provide additional rights to access, correct, delete or otherwise control personal information.
