1. Using Mingoling
Mingoling is a people-discovery platform for dating, friendship, travel companions and meaningful connections. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You must provide accurate account information and keep your account secure.
2. Your conduct
You may not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, defraud or discriminate against others; send spam; solicit illegal activity; misuse another person’s information; or upload unlawful, deceptive or abusive content. Commercial solicitation is not permitted unless Mingoling expressly allows it.
3. Profiles and content
You remain responsible for content you submit. You give Mingoling the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, process and moderate that content to operate the service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
4. Safety and interactions
Mingoling does not guarantee the identity, intentions, background or conduct of another user. Use good judgment, protect personal and financial information, and follow our Safety guidance. You are responsible for decisions to communicate, travel, meet or transact with another person.
5. Paid services
Some features may require a subscription or other payment. Prices, duration and included features will be shown before purchase. Access may end when the paid period expires. Payment processing may be provided by third-party providers and is subject to applicable payment terms and law.
6. Moderation and accounts
We may investigate reports, restrict features, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law or protect the service. Users may report or block other users.
7. Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may change as Mingoling develops.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mingoling is not responsible for user conduct or independent arrangements between users. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Where a material change requires renewed consent, we may ask you to accept the new version before continuing to use affected services.
